Gildar is a tall, handsome, muscular man, with piercing red eyes, and blonde hair, with a long ponytail. He has large, golden sun earings, and a necklace made of golden leaves. He wears the traditional robes of the priests of the Temple of Phyr-Ra a black top covering, with a white cloth surrounding the collar, which exposes his midriff, and a black waistcloth.
Gildar has a mischevious personality, often cracking jokes, or pulling pranks, he does however take his being a priest very seriously, and performs the traditional prayers at sunset that he was taught at the temple. He has a love for gold, and his desire is to have a golden statue of himself placed in the temple where he was raised.
Gildar is descended from slaves who were brought down from the north, his parents were killed when he was a young child by mercenaries, and he was taken in by the priests of the Temple of Phyr-Ra, he was trained by the priests since he was a child in their way, which he follows as a strict code of discipline.
